Refunds & cancellation

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This policy explains your rights to cancel and get a refund for The Briefing Room. It doesn't affect your statutory rights.

1. Digital content and your right to cancel

Normally, when you buy online, you have 14 days to change your mind and cancel. For digital content like ours, the law allows that right to end once you've started using it, as long as you agreed to this beforehand.

At checkout, you're asked to confirm that you want immediate access and understand that you lose your right to cancel once your access key is redeemed.

2. When you can get a refund

3. If something goes wrong

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If it isn't, you're entitled to a repair or replacement. If we can't fix the problem within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction, which can be up to a full refund.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email modecomsolutionsltd@gmail.com with:

We'll reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days, and any related access key will be cancelled.
