2. What the Service is
The Briefing Room provides scenario-based practice questions for Entry Level 2 and Level 3 roles across a range of employment sectors. It's a practice and preparation tool only. We don't guarantee that using it will result in you passing any assessment, interview or screening, or getting a job. Questions reflect general good practice in the UK and are not legal, medical or professional advice.
3. Your account
- You must sign in with your own Google account and give accurate information.
- You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity on it.
- Guest browsing is available, but guests can't buy or redeem access.
4. Buying access
- Full access costs a one-off payment of £5 (including any applicable VAT). There's no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- After payment, we'll email an access key to the email address used at checkout. The key unlocks all sectors at both levels for the account signed in with that email.
- Access continues for as long as we operate the Service. If we ever close the Service, we'll give reasonable notice.
5. Access keys
- Each key is personal, tied to one email address and can be redeemed once.
- Keys can't be shared, transferred, resold or published.
- We may cancel a key that has been shared, resold or obtained fraudulently.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Your rights to cancel and get a refund are explained in our Refunds & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
8. Our content
All questions, explanations and designs on the Service belong to ModeCom Solutions Ltd or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal practice only.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and working well, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or change content and features from time to time.
10. Our responsibility to you
- If we fail to meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure, up to the amount you paid us.
- We are not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be limited.
- Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The latest version will always be on this page. Changes won't reduce rights you already have for a purchase you've made.
12. Complaints and governing law
If you have a problem, please email us and we'll try to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
